At Lumos, we look for more than grades — we look for ambition, curiosity, and the drive to grow beyond the classroom. The application process is simple: Fill out the form which will provide us a better idea of yourself. If your profile fits, we'll invite you to our Assessment Center on 3.11., where you'll get the chance to solve challenges, meet our members, and show us your motivation.
Don't worry — this isn't about being perfect. It's about showing us who you are and why you want to be part of Lumos. If you're accepted, you'll officially join Lumos and start your journey of building, experimenting, and leading together with us.
